At MEEM, every order is prepared with care. We offer a selection of shipping options within the United States so your unique finds can make their way to you.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–4 business days for production before shipping.
Custom-made and hand-painted pieces may require additional processing time depending on the design and level of detail. We'll take the time needed to make your piece special.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Shipping times may vary during peak periods.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your MEEM pieces!
Try your pieces on at home! If something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
How to Start a Return

Start your return: Visit our Return Portal, select your order, and submit your return request.

Get approval: Once approved, we'll email you a confirmation along with the return shipping address.

Ship it back: Pack your items securely and send them back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Receive store credit: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue store credit that you can use toward any future purchase.
Please note: We offer store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for standard returns.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused, except for trying them on.
- In their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Returned with their original packaging.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized pieces.
- Custom orders.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Gift cards.

Received something damaged or not what you ordered? We're here to help!
Simply select the appropriate reason in our Return Portal and upload a photo of the item. Our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.

- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
- Air dry to preserve the artwork.
- If ironing is needed, iron inside out. Never iron directly over the painted design.
Graphic Tees

- Tumble dry on low heat.
Necklaces
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, lotions, and other beauty products.
- Put your jewelry on after applying skincare and perfume.
- Store in a dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Handle with care to keep your pieces looking their best.
